It rallied sharply after being \u201ccornered\u201d by the Hunt Brothers.<\/p>\n<p>It went \u201cParabolic\u201d\u2026 then fell over just as quickly.<\/p>\n<p>There is a huge amount of excitement around Bitcoin right now and I\u2019m very worried!<\/p>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s being cornered or is just a plain old speculative bubble a la Tulips in 1640 (something I\u2019ve been highlighting on Social media this week!) one thing\u2019s for sure: <b>It\u2019s gone PARABOLIC, and it\u2019s UNSUSTAINABLE! Pure and simple\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>And in the coming weeks you will be able to trade Bitcoin Futures on CBOE and CME. I have a couple of thoughts on this\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Exchanges are irresponsible for introducing this in the rushed\/not thought out properly manner that they have.<\/li>\n<li>It might just turn out to be a damp squib anyway. How many new Futures contracts are introduced and \u201cfly\u201d straight away?<\/li>\n<li>The price limits\/circuit breakers they\u2019re planning to impose mean it could be closed more often than open, especially if we maintain volatility levels seen these last few weeks!<\/li>\n<li>This move allows \u201creal money\u201d to trade Bitcoin. Or to put it another way, to SHORT Bitcoin\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Yahoo, AOL and Alta Vista were the biggest search engines for the internet in 2000. Who\u2019s uses them now?
