Following on from last week’s EUA Carbon Blog post<\/a>, we saw weakness on Friday down to 71.25. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What did we say to clients in this morning’s report on the back of this? Here we go:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Short term Trend: <\/strong>Bearish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Yesterday\u2019s candle<\/strong>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are now asking if we can get a CLOSING breach of this (74.74) level but if this doesn\u2019t happen the sellers have a chance to return.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

And return they did on Friday; weakness seen back to 71.25 late on. The result is a large red candle with Marabuzo resistance at 72.88. This says \u201cretrace done” which in turn says the bears can get busy once more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Fibonacci says: <\/strong>74.74 is 38.2% of the recent selling. 81.94 is the 61.8% mark. <\/em>Both of these <\/em>line up nicely with levels that were created on this sell-off\u2026 Nice symmetry.\u00a0 <\/em>– 74.74 HIT!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
